Email hello@focusroulette.app. Include your browser, extension version, operating system, and the time of the problem. Do not send passwords, session tokens, full browsing history, card details, or webhook secrets.

Before contacting support

1. Confirm you loaded the extension directory rather than selecting Chrome's manifest file.
2. Open the popup and confirm the expected account is signed in.
3. Check whether a custom domain still needs browser permission.
4. Retry synchronization once and note the visible error.

Payment help

For checkout or entitlement problems, include the payment receipt or transaction identifier and your account email. Pro is activated only after payment confirmation, so activation can briefly remain pending after checkout.

Report security issues privately to hello@focusroulette.app. Do not publish account data or working exploits before coordinated review.
