Refund Policy

Thirty-day request window
You may request a full refund for a Focus Roulette Pro purchase within 30 days of the transaction. Send the account email and payment or receipt identifier to hello@focusroulette.app. Never email card or bank details.
Processing
Our payment provider processes payments, taxes, receipts, and approved refunds. Focus Roulette does not store card information. Refunds return to the original payment method, and provider or banking processing times may vary.
Effect on Pro
A successful full-refund webhook revokes only the entitlement purchased by that payment. It does not revoke a separate valid subscription or lifetime purchase. Settings and account controls remain accessible after revocation. Failed or pending refunds do not change entitlement until confirmed.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction take precedence over this policy. Fraud, chargeback, or abuse cases may require additional verification.
